We were disappointed that at our 1st service they didn't take care of the 3 minor cosmetic issues supposedly covered under our new car warranty. In for warranty work. Last time I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. They set the tps monitors incorrectly and I asked them to correct. I’ve been to this dealership a few times now, and unfortunately, I can’t say I’m satisfied with the overall service. The experience consistently feels transactional rather than customer-focused. They unfortunately, I can’t say I’m satisfied with the overall service. The experience consistently feels transactional rather than customer-focused. They don’t go above and beyond — something I expect when I bring my car to a dealership for service. To be clear, I choose a dealership for a reason — and convenience of location is not one of them. I come expecting professional, thorough, and reliable care, including clear and precise communication about what my vehicle needs. Unfortunately, that’s not what I’ve experienced here. For example, I’ve never been properly informed when filters or other important items need to be replaced. Usually nothing is mentioned at all. That lack of transparency makes it hard to feel confident that my vehicle is being properly maintained. If I’m trusting a dealership with my car, I expect them to communicate clearly and act with attention to detail. I hope to see real improvement in this area moving forward. More
