I feel strongly I was dealt with dishonestly. Please, please I am requesting a call from an executive who can mend this issue. I am not furious, but I feel I was dealt with extremely unfairly and dishonestly. The diagnostics fell short and my questions were not addressed. I felt multiple times that diagnostic steps should have been taken further and this last visit was a perfect example.
