Sold my 2017 740 to this dealer about 3 weeks ago. Process took about 20”. However a week later and continuing even today, dealer has sent me several corrected sets of paperwork for signature. It’s as if they’ve never bought a used car before, I’ve been a loyal and happy customer at this dealer for over 20 yrs, both sales and service. The paperwork issue delayed payment of proceeds, though management resolved that issue reasonably quickly, about 9 days post sale. But the requests for corrections in paperwork continues. More
