Not a fan of the sales manager. Comes off very aggressive and negative. Actually purchased another vehicle from a different dealer on a previous occasion as a result. Over my lifetime I have bought dozens of new vehicles, and without question I was treated as professionally and as courteous at Mountaineer Honda as any dealership I’ve ever done business with before. Typically, I don’t feel a lot of loyalty with car dealerships, but I can say with confidence the next time I’m in the market for a Honda, I’ll definitely return to Mountaineer Honda. I know my brother also has purchased several Hondas from Mountaineer Honda, and he is the reason I made the trip there to purchase this vehicle. All questions I had were answered very professionally, Willie was a great sales person, Seth, the sales manager, even came over to chat with me for a bit to introduce himself. This purchase went very smoothly thanks to Willie, Seth and the finance lady, Sierra, she was awesome! More
