Had the car STATE INSPECTED done at Honda and went back to have alignment done since we were told it was out of align. There was a 2 1/2 slice/cut in my one tires side -wall during the alignment. NEVER to have alignment done since we were told it was out of align. There was a 2 1/2 slice/cut in my one tires side -wall during the alignment. NEVER TOLD about it. But it was in the photos they take of the car before put in their garage. NEVER TOLD ABOUT BEFORE OR AFTER alignment. SUPER DANGEROUS, tire could have COME APART or BLOWN OUT damaging my car, hurting me or someone's else car or an other driver if it came off the rim. HOW WAS I NOT TOLD WHEN YOU HAD PHOTOS AND MECHANIC WAS WORKING WITH TIRE FOR ALIGNMENT ???? In my option-- all they want is MONEY !! DO NOT care about condition of vehicle or safety. When I contacted Honda after the slice was found, all they said was it was damaged BEFORE they worked on the car --"they had photos" and it was NOT their fault. So, WHY ?? I not told. MAJOR PROBLEM with STAFF AND MECHANICS not doing their job, in my option. My Option-- it is HONDA's Fault for NOT TELLING US especially when you are working with the tires. In my option -- We were lucky NO ONE, INCLUDED US, was HURT. When we showed the tire to several other mechanics, they all said we were very luck that the tire held together. I live a great distance from the Honda dealer to my house. How did they miss a 2 1/2 slice ? It NOT a small slice and it is on the OUTSIDE wall. We have photo with a ruler. SUPER UPSET and TOTALLY DISGUSTED with Honda Dealer. In my opton, I am lucky I am NOT DEAD. This is my option and real facts. More
