Too say unprofessional is an understatement. Salesman was told my. Car was not totaled but probably would be. Very much pressure to a car. After 70 years of purchasing cars never had this happen Salesman was told my. Car was not totaled but probably would be. Very much pressure to a car. After 70 years of purchasing cars never had this happen. Then I asked for 1000 back ( they did not total my car. He cursed me and among other things called me MF. Unbelievable. I tell everyone I talk about my experience. More

Excellent efficient service, i had a limited time window and Shun was ready when I arrived, and armed with useful information about the vehicle I was considering. The vehicle was used but exactly as advert and Shun was ready when I arrived, and armed with useful information about the vehicle I was considering. The vehicle was used but exactly as advertised and in great shape…so I made the purchase, and was out of there within an hour. Nice work Infiniti of Denver! More

Great experience with Jason in the financial department. I was ending my lease and purchasing the car and it was actually an enjoyable experience.
