Had a great experience with both Adin in Finance who went above and beyond and taking his time in getting through everything with me. He never pressured or rushed me through the process. The selections were of a lovely variety. The financing officer was very accommodating. The only and most negative experience I had was when I finalized my deal and asked the sales manager fo The financing officer was very accommodating. The only and most negative experience I had was when I finalized my deal and asked the sales manager for the second key. He stated that this topic should have been discussed at closing so that the cost to order a new one could have been placed on my fiance agreement. And that some how I should have known that the key used in the test drive was the only one and not one of a set that could have been placed in a managerial lock box for safety. He told my sales agent to follow up in the morning for which I have not heard back from since. This 80k deal certainly ended in a distasteful manner. More
