Hello, my name is Isshiah Crockett, but you can call me Shi. I was born and raised in Westerville Ohio, spent time in Florida and Boston, and finally came home to Ohio. I'm a dad to three awesome kids who keep my fiancée and I busy with coaching and "question answering". I have spent a lot of time in sales leadership over the years; I truly I enjoy it. Helping people find what they need AND want has always been the highlight of my day. As my family grew, I decided that it was best for me to find a company that has the same core values as my family - One Team - One Goal - One Plan. Joining the Klaben team has helped grow my life in many different ways, but most importantly, I can honestly say I look forward to coming to work every day and building relationships with each customer.

I hate car shopping. I’m never sure what questions to ask & always feel like I’m getting taken advantage of. Shiah asked thoughtful questions to determine my needs & gave I’m never sure what questions to ask & always feel like I’m getting taken advantage of. Shiah asked thoughtful questions to determine my needs & gave me several options as a result. And the options were in several price ranges so I didn’t feel like he was just after a bigger commission. Shiah is definitely a reputable sales person that I’ll trust with all my future vehicle purchases. More
