I haven't been to this dealership since they voided my lifetime warranty. 2013 caravan with 75000 miles. Today I thought I'll give them a chance with a oil change. Three hours later I'm told my tires are lifetime warranty. 2013 caravan with 75000 miles. Today I thought I'll give them a chance with a oil change. Three hours later I'm told my tires are missing three lug nuts and the tires have uneven wear and need an alignment. I just had my vehicle aligned and the tires have less than 10,000 miles on them! They didn't even notice the engine light was on! Then they charged me $109.00 for the oil change! Shame on them. Never again! More

This dealership is a waste of time. Go somewhere else.they had my car for months and still could not fix the car. They are lazy and they have no knowledge of how to fix my car even though I bought it from. They lie make stuff up and charge you for parts you didn’t need. Save yourself some sanity and go somewhere else! By far the worst dealership in the city! Save yourself and go elsewhere! More
