We went to Cable Dahmer to look for a low mileage used car. Arriving on a Saturday, they were very busy but we were approached quickly. Lance was good about asking questions on what we were looking for an car. Arriving on a Saturday, they were very busy but we were approached quickly. Lance was good about asking questions on what we were looking for and Zavion showed us 3 vehicles that were in that category. We were able to find a car that we liked. Lance was easy to deal with and we were able to agree on a price in a reasonable amount of time. Sheridan at finance was great and very personable. We left a pair of Ry-Bans in the car we traded. Zavion quickly found them for us and held them almost a week, until we could pick them up. We needed the paper work expedited as we were leaving the state for an extended amount of time. Lance worked hard for us to make that happen! During that time Lance was good at communicating with us, even texting on his day off, making sure we received the needed paperwork. When we met with Sheridan for explore other financing it was a breeze and even handled a paperwork mismatch extremely well. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend. More
