I recently purchased a vehicle from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet Independence. I feel like I was pressured into the sale and pressured into buying all the extras. Extended warranty maintenance plan the whole nine I’m still trying to get back acetic keys from them and my down payment that was never put toward my purchase when I have returned to the dealership to conduct business with them over these issues. I have been threatened. I have been threatened over the phone, particularly by this gentleman, Mr. Corum, who told me to not return to the dealership because it was not a good place for me to be. But yet if I wanted to meet him anywhere else that he would meet me anywhere anytime, I bought a service plan and maintenance agreement and extended warranty from Cable Dahmer but you had been told not to return to the dealership. and a threatening manner if I had to suggest a dealership to buy a car from the last one on the list would be Cable Dahmer, Chevrolet of Independence, unless you like high-pressure sales and a team put together to put you upside down in whatever vehicle you end up in, if your credit will allow More

We went to Cable Dahmer to look for a low mileage used car. Arriving on a Saturday, they were very busy but we were approached quickly. Lance was good about asking questions on what we were looking for an car. Arriving on a Saturday, they were very busy but we were approached quickly. Lance was good about asking questions on what we were looking for and Zavion showed us 3 vehicles that were in that category. We were able to find a car that we liked. Lance was easy to deal with and we were able to agree on a price in a reasonable amount of time. Sheridan at finance was great and very personable. We left a pair of Ry-Bans in the car we traded. Zavion quickly found them for us and held them almost a week, until we could pick them up. We needed the paper work expedited as we were leaving the state for an extended amount of time. Lance worked hard for us to make that happen! During that time Lance was good at communicating with us, even texting on his day off, making sure we received the needed paperwork. Very very unprofessional, ran my credit just to play numbers games without even sending it to the bank. Then was very dismissive when I voiced my concerns, has side conversations not work related with o numbers games without even sending it to the bank. Then was very dismissive when I voiced my concerns, has side conversations not work related with other employees while I was asking questions about them wanting to run my credit twice. No one wanted to give me the owners information to voice my concerns, he continued talking with other employees, and the assistant manager told me to look it up on the website. This is the worst service I ever received well trying to purchase a car. I’m a returning customer as I purchased my car brand new from there in 2019. This will be the last time I’m taking my business elsewhere. More
