I recently needed a new trunk weatherstrip liner for my Honda and had a disappointing experience with Leith Honda. When I called to check if they had the part in stock, they told me they’d inform me during Honda and had a disappointing experience with Leith Honda. When I called to check if they had the part in stock, they told me they’d inform me during my appointment. After waiting 1-1/2 hours at my appointment time, I was informed that they didn’t have the liner in stock and it needed to be ordered. Additionally, they pushed for an unnecessary $260 water test. In contrast, Reggie Jackson Honda was a breath of fresh air. When I called, they immediately confirmed they needed to order the part and called me once it arrived. They installed the weatherstrip liner quickly and efficiently, without trying to upsell me unnecessary services. They also performed a comprehensive vehicle check, replaced a brake light bulb at no charge, and gave me a free car wash. All of this for a lower price than what Leith quoted. I’m extremely satisfied with Reggie Jackson Honda and will not be returning to Leith Honda. More
