I brought my vehicle into the dealership for a warranty repair . The dealership decided to keep my vehicle for 5 weeks, and then proceeded to give me my car back in worse condition than I had dropped it of repair . The dealership decided to keep my vehicle for 5 weeks, and then proceeded to give me my car back in worse condition than I had dropped it off . My car was screaming at me when I picked it up to tell me it had no oil. My tires were bald , even though I had changed them a few months prior . My back door broke , my breaks needed replacing , my tint was messed up beyond repair, my air conditioner didn’t seem to work anymore, and several other issues. The customer service and employees that helped me were some of the worst human beings I have ever come across . They screened my calls when calling to follow up on the progress of my vehicle. They were rude , and short , and ultimately unhelpful . And finally they are reporting falsely the maintenance on my vehicle on CARFAX to depreciate my vehicle even more. If I could give 0 stars I would . And I would HIGHLY suggest anyone who has a brain cell avoid this business like the plague it is on our community . I will make sure anyone I know , will never be doing business with them . More

The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the service is good. However, I feel that they push alot of services that aren't really necessary just to make a sale. I had a 7:50am appointment on a Wednesday with the need of a ride to work and back, was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I had to order and pay for my own Uber then came back 3 hours later. As I arri of a ride to work and back, was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I had to order and pay for my own Uber then came back 3 hours later. As I arrived I saw my car enter the shop and had to waited an additional 45 mins. I was late returning to work because of my service advisor who had a horrible attitude, took care of two other customers before me knowing I was there and the only thing he could say to me was that there is alot of people today. I will not be returning to do my maintenance there. More
