Just bought my 2024 Toyota Sienna. Kennedy was amazing! He helped with the trade in. He was very polite and assisted with the test drive. He showed me how to work a hybrid ( first hybr Kennedy was amazing! He helped with the trade in. He was very polite and assisted with the test drive. He showed me how to work a hybrid ( first hybrid and I had no idea it was so quiet. Great for the kids when they nap). He helped me set up Bluetooth, went over how to save my favorite radio stations, how to navigate foot tailgate sensor, how to set trunk height , how to set up memory seats, he helped me download the Toyota app and showed me how to do remote start from my phone and how to turn car on and off from phone. He went over the heated seats , dual AC , passenger moving third row ( super easy with car seats installed). After paperwork he was so kind to put the plates , clean the car, Simoniz it, pull it up and help transfer the car seats , my diaper bag and even showed me where to put my purse ( the new sienna had a mom compartment in the front seat and a hidden Xl cargo area in the trunk). He helped set up the tv so the kids can be calm for the drive home. He showed me how lame changing assist and cruise control worked. The drive home was smooth. Start to finish was fast and painless. He even went over the button under the mirror for setting up garage door. The best sales experience by far. Excited to come back and will continue to come back. More

Overall, good experience. Financing took much longer than it should have,no explanationof what I was signing. Everyone at the dealership has always been patient, kind, and helpful in every way. I'm very sorry that I have moved too far away to make this my primary dealership for all the servicing. Alex, Timothy, and Monish were exceptionally patient and kind with all my old-lady dithering and nervousness. They had to explain everything to me, often repeatedly, but never showed any impatience. I also want to mention Mr. Merrick, for reasons I won't go into here, his kindness when I particularly needed it two years ago (with my prior lease) is the reason I decided to come back to this dealership, rather than one that's closer to where I now live to lease my new car. All my thanks to all four gentlemen. More

Herb Chambers, and Cole LeBlanc in particular as a sales rep, were beyond outstanding. As a long (10 years+) customer of Harr, I finally had reached my wit's end with poor customer service, and so I was del rep, were beyond outstanding. As a long (10 years+) customer of Harr, I finally had reached my wit's end with poor customer service, and so I was delighted to not only have my needs met at Herb Chambers (HC), but also have my expectations exceeded at every turn. To begin with, HC offers the most efficient and human-centric phone system of all the dealerships in the area. You are not greeted by robot after robot but rather you immediately connect with a human, and then when you are further transferred to a department you get a human again - such a breath of fresh air! Setting up my appointments was easy, and the followthrough after the fact on their end to make sure all my questions were answered demonstrated genuine care and concern for the customer. Cole LeBlanc was a stellar sales rep. He worked hard to not get me what would be the best sell, but rather what I needed. He was patient when I - despite being offered the "we can do XYZ for you if you sign today" move - decided that I needed a night to think. This willingness and patience with my pace and decision making process allowed me to quickly come to the conclusion that I'd be very happy with the service here. They made me feel safe and respected. Cole was not pushy; he was the antithesis of the pushy salesman. He was proud of his product, but he made it clear at every step of the way that working WITH and FOR the customer was more important than making a sale for the dealership... And as a result he got the sale. I would like to stress how HC has blown the competition out of the water for me, and it's hard to deny the fact that they also beat Harr Toyota by nearly $20 a month on the lease I was seeking for the exact same vehicle. I am proud to say that I am now a Herb Chambers customer, and I hope that if you are shopping for a car, you also have the privilege of working with Cole LeBlanc. Thank you Herb Chambers. More
