Marque Hoenig came highly recommended, and i brought my friend along also.The dealership was clean and well appointed, everybody was friendly and someone always opened the front door with a greeting-very nice.Marque was very knowledgeable about the cars- the specifics, the pros/cons etc. and listened carefully to my needs-basically a reliable car within my monthly budget.There was absolutely no pressure to buy,which is incredible!I had been shopping around at other dealerships,and was always literally bombarded as soon as i would alight from my car.Congratulations Toyota/Auburn for not doing that and being much more classy.I test drove my car and made my decision within the week for several reasons. I wanted the dealership servicing my new car to be within my neighborhood, i did not want to drive miles away to do this.The numbers financially made sense, and i felt Marque Hoenig deserved my business. He is very professional and accommodating, several times i had to lug my kids in with me, he was very patient...and they enjoyed the complimentary icecream bars. Herb Chambers also gave me the highest trade in value for my car compared to any other dealership, which really helped bring down my monthly payments. In this day and age, the bottom line is always the money. My friend also bought a car with Marque Hoenig, and we both met with Shawn Merrick to finalize our deals.When i came to pick up my new car, it was spotlessly clean, and Marque patiently oriented me to the particulars of the car, as well as the service area where i am to bring the car for the scheduled free Toyota maintenance-this dealership really is very clean, even in the service area..This is a friendly,neighborhood dealership with warm, hardworking men and women.I was very happy with my car buying experience and have already referred several friends to your dealership, and especially Marque Hoenig in sales. More

On my day off as my girlfriend needed a car, we had decided to go to her usual place where her and her family always buy cars. She only wanted a Honda CR-V, nothing else. The place was Boch Honda. As we had sat there, I had received my normal, routinely follow-up call from Alyssa Baril that my 2012 Toyota Camry was due for an oil change. This made me think of my friends at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. Now, since my girlfriend only wanted to buy a Honda I had told that to Mr. Dan Bortolussi, who had right away told me to call Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and promised me that they would meet or beat the deal. Sure enough, after speaking with Mr. Chris Carima we had left the Boch store and went on our way to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to see him. As we were driving there I had once again received a call back from Mr. Dan Bortolussi, who had told me that they have amazing deals on Toyotas and they were so good that I had no other choice to go and see what they had to offer. As soon as I got to Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, my girlfriend had already made it to the Finance department and was sitting down with Mr. Adam Tremblay at Honda of Westborough, who had, by the way, called me without me taking extra measures, to let me know not to worry that my girlfriend will be in good hands and everything will go smoothly and will be easy. As soon as I stepped my foot through the door at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, my sales person, Mr. Andi Xhacka and his manager Mr. Shawn Merrick greeted me at the door and pointed me in the direction of my new vehicle which had already been prepped and parked outside for me to test drive. The car drove awesome but the best part about it was when I came back from the test drive, Mr. Andi Xhacka had everything ready. After speaking with Mr. Shawn Merrick in the finance department I was in heaven as my paperwork was so easily approved and done on time. He was amazing. Thanks once again Herb Chambers and thank you for making me feel as a part of a family instead of just like a customer. I will always return back to your stores and I can only hope that within most or all of them I will find a general manager who is always going an extra mile for every customer such as Mr. Dan Bortolussi, of Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. Horrible Went in to look for a car that would be my sons. Asked them NOT to run credit unless we came to a deal. Never came to deal. Found out they sent application to 12 banks and made 14 inquiries on my credit. With no deal? Talked to banks, they entered WRONG last name (now credit bureau shows A.K.A. alias for their negligence. They also forgot a zero at the end of my income! No wonder bank though income was insufficient. 10k a year or 100k a year, big difference. Talked with Shawn and he said "my mistake" I'll get inquiries removed. Just checked, he DID NOT. Sending issue to attorney for action. Bad, bad place. More

Among our Must Haves we wanted a car that offered a comfortable ride, was quiet, had good cargo space, and a Hybrid for fuel economy. Being Toyota owners we naturally started with the Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE and the Prius V. We test drove both, and decided that the Prius V met our needs best. Once the decision was made which vehicle we wanted what a pleasant experience the purchase at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn was. We did want the Prius V with the Navigation Package and in Blizzard Pearl (which at the end of the model year is very hard to find). Herb Chambers found it for us ... and much faster than we could have expected. We thought we would be waiting weeks. No, they had it in days. Everything could not have gone smoother. Dan, Mark and Shawn were so accommodating. No long day at the dealership! Marque Hoenig was very knowledgeable about the features on the Prius V and was able to answer all of our questions. When it came time to "negotiate" it was pretty painless. Within 10 minutes we had agreed on a price and were off to Financing. We were in and out of the dealership in under three hours. We did have to return to the dealership to pick up our car as we had several options added. And that visit too was quick and painless. What a great place to buy your next Toyota! First, I have to say that Kennedy is a great salesperson, he is patient and does not rush through the process to make the sale. He takes the time to go through everything and to make the customer feel that they are not just a sale. My wife and I had purchased a Toyota Sienna in 2012 and were very happy with it. A while back we decided to trade it in for a newer model, we went back and forth with the "Let's Make a Deal" process with Kennedy and the Sales Manage, Emad (who by the way is a very professional and courteous gentleman). I just wish they would cut to the chase and sell the vehicle instead of the back and forth (we spent 8 hours there that day), But again Kennedy put the time in with us and made sure all questions were answered and not once did he use pressure tactics as many other dealers and sales people do. I did have an issue at the dealership though (nothing to do with the sales staff) and Dan Bortolussi had to get involved. Dan took an unpleasant situation and turned it around, I wasn't expecting the outcome we had and what Dan did satisfied both my wife and I. He showed us that they actually do care about their customers. Dan even gave our three children plush Toyota "teddies". I definitely recommend Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, and they are and will my families dealership for years to come. Herb Chambers has put together a great team in Auburn, thank you for everything.
