My vehicle purchase experience in this Toyota dealer was once again very satisfactory due to the great support from each of their team members. From my interaction with the general manager, Dan Bortolussi, once again very satisfactory due to the great support from each of their team members. From my interaction with the general manager, Dan Bortolussi, who through his very knowledgeable and honest support guided me to interact with his great team members (i.e., Marque Hoenig as sales consultant, Alex Montes for Sales Manager and Shawn Merrick as Finance director). This resulted on a very efficient vehicle selection and enabled me to go through a smooth purchase experience. It is to be noted that Marque did a great job in helping with the final vehicle selection and once purchased, he took the time to explain in detailed all the vehicle features to ensure any related questions could be answered accordingly. In addition, Alex Montes and Shawn Merrick also ensured that all other areas from the purchase process were satisfactorily covered. I had gone to multiple Toyota dealerships looking for a specifi recommend sales rep Colby Carlson at the Auburn location for Herb Chambers of Toyota! I had gone to multiple Toyota dealerships looking for a specific year/make/model with certain packages and specific color of a vehicle and Colby was a pleasure to deal with and was able to get the vehicle in stock quickly. For the specific car I was looking for every other dealership did not have any in stock for at least 2+ months and Colby was able to locate the vehicle I wanted and get it delivered to his dealership within 2 weeks, which was also a relief considering I’m 9 months pregnant and wanted to make sure I had the SUV I wanted before delivery. When going to other dealerships in search of my desired vehicle I found the car buying process stressful and the sales reps to be smothering, so when I finally met Colby it was a relief to find someone who actually worked for me and got me what I wanted without feeling pressured or trying to persuade me to purchase something I was not interested in. I can definitely say that dealing with Colby really made the car purchasing process enjoyable and cannot thank him enough for his service. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle when test driving and able to answer any questions we had which was nice to have someone know what they’re talking about when spending a large sum of money. The other representatives I had dealt with at the dealership were also great. TJ one of the managers was able to extend my bumper to bumper warranty for longer amount of time/cheaper price and also was great to work with when reviewing additional packages they offer.
