The dealership is very clean, the service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take very good care of me and my car. This is an update of my review in April. After experiencing what 20 or so peopel have written about is the vehicle they purchased fell apart. 1. They are inspecting their own vehicles before registration. This is like given yourself your own report card! I have sent in complaints to everyone. The DMV is currently looking at this issue because the car can't be driven. They have been doing this for a long time. If the Attorney General has 100 complaints about the same thing they can file a Civil Action Suit! If you have problems with your vehicle that you purchased her, contact the Attorney General's office and submit your complaint! This website will not allow me to contact you, but I will be submitting all your complaints to the AG as proof that they need to be put our of business or fined for their unethical business practices. I'm willing to go to court to prove this. Also, on their website, it say's they do a rigorous inspection of all cars! Fraudulent advertising! More

You decide if you should buy a car from this people I had called in for a used car 2018 Nissan Sentra they assured me they're not fly by night But reputable dealer went in there made the deal got the had called in for a used car 2018 Nissan Sentra they assured me they're not fly by night But reputable dealer went in there made the deal got the car 2 hours after it was delivered got in the car drove it safety light came on now I find out there's a transmission problem I was going to go visit my grandkids in Atlanta I'm a disabled veteran on a limited income and this is what they pulled on me I was assured that they would check the car and when the car doesn't pass the inspection they send it to the auction but that was not the case over here so be very careful and you decide whether you should buy from tham . Inform them of the issue through the better business bureau and up to this point no help More

I was under the assumption since this is a big company that they would not lie to you and in every ways.sold me a car knowing there was a defected even ,I did not expect this from a big reputable company that they would not lie to you and in every ways.sold me a car knowing there was a defected even ,I did not expect this from a big reputable company like this I would think twice before doing business with them, I reached out to the sales director for my concerns up to NOW have not heard from him as of yet.. bought the car from them in the month of May 2024... My experience here was completely horrible. William my sales guy tried to scam me out of my tax saving for a trade in because he said he wouldn’t get paid off the car I was trading in. He wanted me to com sales guy tried to scam me out of my tax saving for a trade in because he said he wouldn’t get paid off the car I was trading in. He wanted me to complete the deal first then sale him my car because he would get 300 for it. But it would cost me 1800 in the process. He actually thought I was stupid. Also they don’t show you the carfax or any numbers unless you demand it. First off they sold me a car with no AC. Then bugs started coming out of every which way in the car. They said they did a 128 pt check but how do you miss something as big as the AC not blowing cold air. I called and they they fixed it but I was without a car for 2 full days. William the sales guy called to tell me the AC was working fine when they sold it to me I said if that was so why did they fix it? Sean the sales manager and the financial guy in the front are absolute xxxxxxxx and they feed off each other’s ignorance. I asked to speak with the General manager and Sean the sales director said there was no one above him to speak with. I had to go and get the original car that I traded in because I had no trust in the reliability of the car they sold me. When I did that, they tried to make me feel like a complete fool. Needless to say stay clear of this dealership, there isn’t anything but crooks working here! Also they don’t honor their internet coupons!!!!! More

Horrible customer service If I could select zero stars I would. We were at the end of purchasing a Nissan Titan XD from Baker, all we had to do was sign the paperwork, when we If I could select zero stars I would. We were at the end of purchasing a Nissan Titan XD from Baker, all we had to do was sign the paperwork, when we were notified via text message that the truck we were purchasing had been sold. Who does that? We contacted Mr. Castillo, the general manager, and Shawn, the preowned manager who was supposedly working on our paperwork, and they have just chosen to ignore us and not give us any type of explanation. I guess Baker prefers to do business with just local customers and if this is the case they need to stop advertising on the internet and on TrueCar. More
