Shawn was incredibly helpful and dealer friendly, to say the least! He answered all my questions and followed up with me throughout the process. If we were to buy another car, I would certainly venture to say I would have a conversation with Shawn first (even though we live two hours away) just because of his persona. Very refreshing! I couldn't have been more pleased with my VW of Ocala experience! I was immediately greeted by one of the managers, introduced to my salesman, Shawn, and we were underway. I talked, he listened, and th experience! I was immediately greeted by one of the managers, introduced to my salesman, Shawn, and we were underway. I talked, he listened, and then he patiently white-knuckled through a test drive in the vehicle I'd come to see. We talked some more and by noon the next day, I was driving home in that vehicle! I think the "listening" part was the best part..... understanding my personal situation and working with me to get the reliable vehicle I needed, in the package I wanted.... well, it was a wonderful way to buy a car!! I don't hesitate to tell my friends ad co-workers where I would go again when I need a vehicle!! More
