Brought car in for ignition issue after starter, relay, and battery were replaced elsewhere. I had to wait over a month for the appt. Brought it in on time service advisor was a no show. I had been told since bought car there would be loaner but advisor who finally helped me said that was not correct and car would not even be looked at for over a week. Couple weeks later I was told car was ready. Picked it up paid $800 and same ignition issue occurred when I brought car home. I drove it back up from the Fl Keys and dealership had it another 2.5 weeks. I was told issue was resolved and it would be no cost but then my advisor called back to say my back brake was locking up and it was not safe to drive. I had not previously had any brake problems driving it back and forth to Key Largo. Now it was going to cost another $800 and I was going to have to wait for car even longer after I had made arrangements to pick it up the next day. My advisor was not going to be in the office so she told me it wouldn’t be done. I called to talk to a manager and explained my situation and I was told that a manager would call me back. No manager ever called me, but instead my angry service manager called to tell me that she would have to fill out paperwork on her day off but that I could pick it up. I have never experience such horrific customer service and incompetence. I would warn any one against ever using this service department! More
