Agreed to a "manager's special" one day. Came back the next went to financing and was charged almost $7,000 more than the original price. I understand dealer fees and warranties but that's ridiculous. I should have asked to see the price before signing paperwork before hand. My mistake as a first time financer. Had the car less than 24 hours and had to bring back for 2 whole weeks for a check engine light, then another 2 weeks to send to a volkswagen dealership. The assistant service manager Shauna is amazing but the parts and service department is embarrassing. I come to notice today 2 tires are BALD and only 1 wheel has a wheel lock on the lugs. They should at the very least replace the 2 tires or pay my first car note payment and insurance since they had the car the whole month. The finance "specialist" will scam you if you don't ask the right questions and any service work will take way longer than it should. More
