He was highly knowledgeable in what we needed in a tow vehicle and offered suggestions we hadn't previously given much thought of on our own. Wil.was patient as we needed to take a little bit of time while dealing with a long holiday weekend (closed banks) and work around an extended family situation requiring our time . Wil answered numerous questions we had while we pondered our decision to purchase our new truck. The dealership was clean, modern, comfortable and easily accessible inspite of a recent ice and snowstorm.and very frigid temps.
