I appreciate that my salesman Shaun Hayes was upfront and honest with me during the entire buying process. If I had questions about the vehicle he had answers & if there was anything he didn’t know he’d let honest with me during the entire buying process. If I had questions about the vehicle he had answers & if there was anything he didn’t know he’d let me know and get back to me promptly once he was able to find the answer to my question . I was greeted and treated like royalty there. I was offered snacks and refreshments & I didn’t have to wait long during the entire process . The buyers order was clear and simple without surprise fees like PDI ( pre- destination inspection fee) some grimy dealers like to add onto the buyers order to jack the price up . I wasn’t pressured into using their in-house financing like I was at Hertrich Acura in new castle DE… when I informed my salesman that I was going to use my credit union instead , Shaun was perfectly fine with it and encouraged me to go the financing route that best suited my needs . I was still treated the same after I opted to use my own lender . So that’s another big plus . Davis Acura & Hertrich Acura told me that the advertised price online was only available to customers who use THEIR financing options and they even told me that I’d have to pay a higher price if I used my lender . How fair is that??? Smythe Volvo sold me my vehicle for the same price as was quoted from the website with NO EXTRA fees . I would definitely buy from Smythe Volvo again and again. My bf liked my car so much , now he’s looking to buy from Smythe Volvo. If you’re in the market to buy and you want transparency , honesty and great service , go to Smythe Volvo. You won’t be disappointed. just remember to ask for Shaun Hayes More
