I've been brining my S90 2020 and XC70 2013 for service at Niello Volvo, and every time, the service has been exceptional. Shaun was very helpful during the leasing experience. Since this was my first time dealing with an electric vehicle it would have been nice to have somethings demostrated i.e. plugging into the vehicle. Since this was my first time dealing with an electric vehicle it would have been nice to have somethings demostrated i.e. plugging into the vehicle. Not so much the plugging in but the removal of the nozzle from the vehicles bear grip. The manual says to unlock the vehicle but how is the question. Unlocking from the app doesn't work, using the interior unlock button doesn't work consistently. Another observation that is not covered in the manual is the removal of messages being displayed on the dashboard. More

Even though I did not purchase my Volvo from Niello, they did work under warranty with great interest and dedication to my plight.
