Noelle was great. From there it goes downhill quick. I took my Abarth in because radio was killing batteries. Before driving there I put a brand new battery in. When I arrived I told them disconnect it af took my Abarth in because radio was killing batteries. Before driving there I put a brand new battery in. When I arrived I told them disconnect it after you figure out issue. They called said radio was shorting out causing problem. Then they said radio is back ordered it will be 4 weeks. Ok I dealt with that. They called after 6 weeks and said radio is in. Then called back and told me I had to buy a new battery because it’s dead. Needless to say after waiting 6 weeks I was pissed. Service manager thought a good compromise would be if I buy battery they will wave installation. Big deal most places install for free. And they killed battery by not taking it out during the 6 weeks. Needless to say I won’t be back!!!! More
