Rodrigo was wonderful in helping us decide on our truck and helping us get into the price range we needed. This was the first used vehicle we had bought in a while, and some issues came up within the first and helping us get into the price range we needed. This was the first used vehicle we had bought in a while, and some issues came up within the first few weeks after purchase. Rodrigo referred us to Laurel in the service department. She was helpful and when she couldn't answer my questions, she referred me to the service manager. They picked up my truck at my job in Winchester, fixed it and delivered it back to me before the end of my day. Definitely recommend. More

I sold my Volvo to this Dealer 2 years ago. I recently had to pay both town and county property taxes on this vehicle because I was unable to prove that I was no longer the owner. The F & I lad I recently had to pay both town and county property taxes on this vehicle because I was unable to prove that I was no longer the owner. The F & I lady and another bookkeeper lady both bent over backwards to find the sale date in their records and generate a duplicate bill of sale for me. They knew that I wasn't going to spend money, yet they both treated me like I was buying a whole fleet of F 150s. Thanks to their kindness and diligence, I'll be getting a large refund on the taxes paid. When I'm next in the market for another E150, I will go there first! More
