I was disappointed how long it took between buying and picking up the car - too long - over a week and a half. Also, my dealer forgot about the deposit I left and didn't deduct it from the total price (a picking up the car - too long - over a week and a half. Also, my dealer forgot about the deposit I left and didn't deduct it from the total price (and had to mail me a check after the sale for the difference). Communication could have been better; I had to call first to get answers. HOWEVER, it was a good deal on my trade in and buy. Perhaps this was just a fluke - I would still recommend them. More
