My experience with Sport Mazda North was superb. I was in the market for a new vehicle and after deciding on the Mazda CX-5, I requested quotes from some local dealerships in Central Florida and vi I was in the market for a new vehicle and after deciding on the Mazda CX-5, I requested quotes from some local dealerships in Central Florida and visited one other dealership for a test drive. Sport Mazda North was the most transparent with their pricing as well as being willing to negotiate. Their fees were in line with what I was expecting and they did not seem to have any desire to upsell (to a higher trim level or with additional warranties,etc) - they were very clear about what was available, but that no additional packages were required. The whole process was very smooth, quick and efficient and their were no surprises. Sales team (Tyri and Shane) were excellent to work with and the financing department was great as well. I'm very happy with the new car and I trust they will be just as welcoming when I return for regular maintenance. Came in today for a possible new car. I found a car that I liked and was willing to negotiate on. I let them know my current payment and what was offered at the time was about $135 more t I found a car that I liked and was willing to negotiate on. I let them know my current payment and what was offered at the time was about $135 more than my payment. Fair enough wasn’t mean to be. Received a text 10 minutes after I left offering 375 a month. I wrote back advising I was willing to go up to 350 with a roof rack put on (raising my payment 30/month). They refused my offer. They had no interest in helping out/doing right by a long term and multi-repeat customer (I’ve bought my last 6-7 cars from them) and losing a sale and customer over 25/month. Told me to put 2k down instead. Yeah - nah. So much for customer loyalty. Not only lost this sale but lost a LONG term and repeat customer. I’ll be purchasing elsewhere from now on. 👎🏼 More
