But thanks to Brian Celso and Jujuan Reilly not only were they right on top of things July, I was going to have a hard time getting it taken care of. But thanks to Brian Celso and Jujuan Reilly not only were they right on top of things to get the work completed, they offered quality tires at a competitive price, with the reassurance of a good road hazard warranty and the expertise of a Mazda dealership. Andres was nothing short of amazing however, the people in the service department that were supposed to clean the car top off the fluids and just make the car presentable. We’re not doing their job. We had in the service department that were supposed to clean the car top off the fluids and just make the car presentable. We’re not doing their job. We had to send the car back at least four different times for it to be cleaned and detailed Which should not have happened a deal that could’ve taken two maybe three hours max took about 5 to 6 hours. They lied on the report and said that the car had been detailed and that the fluids were topped off when my son and I checked the fluids and got in the car for the test drive we found that the car was disgusting on the inside. There were things left from the previous owner. A lot of Vaseline smeared all over the inside of the middle console and the fluids under the hood were not topped off. Before a dealership post a car for sale they should always detail it top to bottom check every nook and cranny inside and outside the car to make sure that it’s presentable for the next person purchasing it. I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent maintenance service visit. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. When my father-in-law picked up the vehi maintenance service visit. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. When my father-in-law picked up the vehicle and drove it home, a clacking noise immediately became noticeable. Thinking it may have been something loose in the trunk, I checked the vehicle, but that was not the case. I brought the vehicle back for inspection, and I was informed that the sway bar links were loose and needed to be tightened. The technician did tighten them and the clacking noise did stop. However, these are aftermarket sway bar links. They had been installed for over a month without any issues, noises, or recent adjustments by either myself or my mechanic. What concerns me is that because the part is aftermarket, it seemed to be assumed that either I or my mechanic must have caused the issue. However, the noise did not exist before the service and began immediately after the vehicle left the dealership. I cannot say exactly what occurred during the service. My concern is simply that responsibility appeared to be placed on me or my mechanic based solely on the fact that the component is aftermarket, despite the timing of when the issue first appeared. To be clear, I am not seeking compensation or anything in return. I would simply appreciate a better understanding of what may have happened and more transparency regarding situations like this in the future. I value the relationship with your service department and only hope for clear communication and consideration when concerns arise following a service visit. More
