Chris, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your vehicle. We truly understand how frustrating it must be to face mechanical issues, and we want to assure you that we have worked diligently to support you throughout this process. We want to clarify a few important points to ensure there is full transparency: • The vehicle you selected and purchased is a modified 2017 Cadillac CTS-V Series that was out of factory warranty and sold "as is," which you knew from the beginning and acknowledged by signing the buyer’s guide. • On December 10, 2024, you drove the vehicle, pushed it beyond legal speed limits on the test drive and were extremely satisfied with the vehicle's performance. • After completing the purchase and signing the necessary paperwork, you personally loaded the vehicle onto your trailer and took it home. • We didn’t hear from you again until February 6, 2025—almost two months later—when you raised concerns about the engine. During those two months, you had the vehicle in your possession and did not contact us with any issues. From the beginning, we were fully transparent with you: • Our sales consultant, Stanley, was upfront about the vehicle's modifications and the fact that it was sold as is, with no warranty. • We connected you with the original owner, Dave, and the shop in New Jersey where the vehicle had been tuned so you could fully understand the vehicle’s equipment, modifications, and history. • You test drove the vehicle on the interstate, and it showed no signs of engine issues or failure. • Despite the vehicle being sold “as is”, we made a good faith effort to assist you by offering a new engine at a discounted price to help meet your needs. We understand this situation is frustrating, but our goal was always to be fair and transparent. Unfortunately, the solutions we provided did not meet your expectations. We wish you the best and remain committed to operating with integrity. Best regards, Joey Pugliese

Chris, we appreciate your feedback, but we want to ensure the facts are clear for anyone reading this. You purchased a modified 2017 Cadillac CTS-V that was out of factory warranty and sold as-is, with no warranty, which you acknowledged by signing the buyer’s guide. From the very beginning, our team was completely transparent about the vehicle’s history, modifications, and the fact that we could not offer a third-party warranty due to those modifications. Regarding ownership history, we explicitly told you that the original owner had wholesaled the vehicle and that it was not a one-owner car. Not only were we upfront about this, but you also received and signed the Carfax report, which clearly stated the same thing. You 100% knew the vehicle had two previous owners before purchasing. You test-drove the vehicle before finalizing your purchase and found it met your performance expectations. It was delivered to you in flawless driving condition, and after completing the transaction, you personally loaded it onto your trailer. You then owned the vehicle for nearly two months before reporting any concerns. Despite having no obligation to assist, we still offered a discounted engine at wholesale cost as a goodwill gesture. The claim that we attempted to profit from you is inaccurate—we went beyond what was required to help. We have remained transparent, professional, and reasonable throughout this process, and we stand by our handling of the situation. Joey Search

Again, that is not factual. I never exceeded the speed limit or even hit any boost in the vehicle. Besides the fact i bought a vehicle that was guaranteed to be flawless and cared for by your dealership until it was sold to me is a blarant lie. A title search shows there was another owner for 2 months and 3500 miles, right before I purchased it that you guys cannot account for. I've yet to get a response to a GM master tech assuring me that this is long term abuse and that when you guys changed the oil, it would be more then obvious there was an issue. You guys denied me a 3rd party warranty at the time or purchase do to "not having converters" which would only not cover an issue if it was related to the exhaust per Magnuson Moss. "As is" only goes so far, but having a vehicle show obvious signs of an issue roughly 100 miles of owning it, morally you should try to reason with me instead of pointing fingers If all your phone calls are monitored and recorded, please pull the call between me and Shane where he stated "not to worry, that I would be taken care of" You since have offered me a motor at cost, which cost is roughly $9300. You tried selling me the motor for internet list price, so after selling me a vehicle with a preexisting condition, you still tried to profit off of me further. Lastly, as I talked to you and your dealership mechanic, you mentioned you would do what it takes to make it right, instead, ive recieved no offer of assistance. Just trying to upsell me a motor for more then I could get it myself.

Again, for transparency for anyone who might be on the fence about buying a used vehicle from your dealership. I noticed the issue after 2 months and 100 miles, the car was locked in a climate controlled garage in Ohio as a rear wheel drive sportcar isnt ideal for snowy Ohio weather. Also theres the fact you didnt include a temp tag with the vehicle. Ive asked about who performed the inspection of the vehicle and was the engine vigorously tested or was a compression test performed, again no answer. Other then the fact a generic multi point inspection for obvious things that are typically done by oil techs. You say multiple mechanics have looked at the car like it's a bad thing. Yet all have claimed the motor issue to be pre-existing. Coming again from a gm master tech whose ase certified. I explained that my mechanic thinks the car was shot by nitrous and you claim thats impossible as the vehicle has always been under your care and control, to find out that 3500 miles were unaccounted for in a 2 month span. Yes, i gently test drove the car, abiding by traffic laws on a damp and rainy day. Yes I loaded in into a trailer to preserve the vehicle from salty road conditions Yes, the vehicle doesnt show signs of damage until some power is sent to motor. The facts here are this. You sold me a vehicle that show signs of long term abuse internally which would be impossible to find under normal driving conditions. You denied me a third party warranty due to n exhaust system, which the majority of vehicles have anyways. Magnuson moss states you cannot be denied a warranty of an entire vehicle. Sure, the exhaust may not be warranties, but I'm not complaining about the exhaust. On numerous platforms ive asked the same questions and keep getting the same generic responses. Me signing as is to a vehicle with long term abuse and internal damage doesn't morally excuse you from selling it. I as a human being trusted you and your dealership, to find out im a fool to do so. I took your word for things i never should have. And at the end of the day, i bought something with issues that you will not stand behind. And for more transparency, you offered me a motor at "cost" but even Shane was surpised when he found out I knew what the actual cost was. You tried making an extra $1100 off of me and i have all the emails to prove that. So stop pointing your finger at me like i am doing wrong by exposing the truth about such a terrible situation
