Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest option to leave. I purchased a 2017 CTS-V from these guys and was assured it was in all around great condition. I brought the car home in an enclosed trailer to Ohio I purchased a 2017 CTS-V from these guys and was assured it was in all around great condition. I brought the car home in an enclosed trailer to Ohio and within 100 miles of owning the vehicle, I had the check engine light come on. I called in and spoke with Shane, who told me not to worry as they would take good care of me. After taking the vehicle to a GM ase certified master tech, my mechanic explained to me that there was no way I caused the chronic, long term damage that was done. I then spoke with Joey the gm, who also made it sound like they were willing to help. Here's where it goes downhill and shady. They tell me they will get me a new motor at cost, but not contribute any assistance. They then proceed to tell me the price of the new motor will be $10,400 + tax. To find out actual cost is somewhere around $9300. On top of me buying a vehicle with long term engine damage, their idea of "helping" me is to gouge me out of $1100 more. They lay blame to me instead of help rectify the situation. They also said they couldn't sell me an extended warranty for the vehicle (another red flag). Honesty and integrity is few and far between these days and I'd avoid Andrew's Cadillac at all cost. They sold me a vehicle they won't stand behind. After spending $65,000 on a vehicle that broke immediately and offer no assistance, instead trying to capitalize off of my misfortune and make money off of me buying a new motor from them, is egregious. Buyer beware! More

I recently visited Andrews Cadillac in Mount Juliet to check out a Lyriq. My salesman Brennan went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Outstanding staff, Outstanding facility and an outstanding LYRIQ! I am very happy with my experience. The building is beautiful and very clean. The only drawback was the hours it took to complete the purchase. Joey had an emergency and he knows how much I dislike staying in the dealership all day. Jena was very professional and has a total understanding of the LYRIQ. Jena explained every option and bell and whistle. I was very excited and somehow I got home without a charger cable. I returned to the dealership on Saturday to pick up a cable. Everyone there knew I was coming and they treated Cyndi and I like royalty 🫅. Cyndi loves the vehicle too!
