Shahzad was easy to work with, very helpful, professional, and customer focused. However, I had a post sales issue regarding the timing of the payoff which caused me to have to make a payment professional, and customer focused. However, I had a post sales issue regarding the timing of the payoff which caused me to have to make a payment on the vehicle that I no longer had in my possession for the past 3 1/2 weeks. I know the payoff process is not immediate, but I expected it to be a fast enough to avoid this problem. This problem was very inconvenient and I spent over 6 hrs (!) calling and leaving several detailed voice mails with the responsible department in an effort to get someone to call me back to discuss the status of the payoff and tags/title. Very frustrated, as a last ditch effort I called Shahzad and he called me back promptly, investigated my concerns, and called me back with the exact answers that I needed within 10 minutes. Dennis Dawson, GM, also returned my call after Shazhad and was very helpful and offered to look into it and get back to me on Monday as well. I appreciate their efforts but their processes need to be tightened up and more aligned with customer needs post-sale. More

We would have given a 5 rating on everything, however, it would be nice if you come to the table with a NO HAGGLE price rather than back and forth as you did with us. Then we go to finance and we get hit wi would be nice if you come to the table with a NO HAGGLE price rather than back and forth as you did with us. Then we go to finance and we get hit with maintenance options which was not even on the table during the time we were working on a price we could afford. This was frustrating and just plain not the way to do business with the back and forth! Happy we could come to a price we could afford on the vehicle but the maintenance options were not something we planned on top of our monthly cost. Very Happy with the car and with Shahz working with us and his patience, but the process was frustrating and we ended a bit over what we had budgeted due to the maintenance plan. More
