On April 17th 2024, I purchased a used 2022 Chevy 3500 from this dealership. I was in Phx for business and drove down to test drive this vehicle. I was very pleased with the vehicle after driving it and p from this dealership. I was in Phx for business and drove down to test drive this vehicle. I was very pleased with the vehicle after driving it and purchased it with the help of Michael. Since I was out of town, I had to cancel my flight and pick up the vehicle the next day on the 18th to drive it home since I was out of state. Here is why I give the dealership only a 1 star review. When I picked up the vehicle on the 18th and started the truck, the fuel tank was at 1/4 full. I bought this truck for well over $50k and the dealership couldn't fill up my gas tank before I drove it off. I asked my sales guy about it and he said the dealership doesnt fill up for used vehicles. ALSO, when I started the truck, I got an error message that said "The SD card has been removed". I have a video of me sitting outside the dealership with the error code on the dash. Mind you, when I went the test drive the truck, the sales guy brought the truck to the front for me to test drive, so I never saw the error code until I started the truck myself after I had purchased it. This error code was never communicated to me that it existed. I text my sales guy about it and he said it should cost me like $20 to get a new SD card so I said ok ill worry about it later. On my drive home the same evening, I got another warning message that the Fuel filter needed to be replaced. This had me worried since i still needed another 200 miles to get home and I didnt want to ruin the fuel process of the vehicle. I also took a picture and sent it to the sales guy. Right off the bat, I had all these maintenance expenses that I needed to pay for when I got home which were SD card replacement and the fuel filter maintenance. I took the vehicle in for the fuel filter service at my local Chevy dealership and that costed me roughly the same amount of an oil change. At the same time, I inquired about the SD card error and they took a look at it. It turns out I not only needed a new SD card, but also had to get a whole new recepticle where the SD card gets inserted into. I got quoted at $900 for the parts and labor, which I have gotten maintenance for. At the time of vehicle purchase, I opted in for extended warranty coverage for the vehicle through Zurich. Well we tried to submit a claim for the recepticle and it was not approved, but the much more alarming news that I found out that I would pay a deductible for any work that is done other than at Quebedeaux. Keep in mind, I do not live in Arizona. So, if i submit a claim with Zurich, I would need to pay a deductible if the work is done at my local Chevy dealership. This part of the warranty coverage was not communicated to me at the time of purchase that i would pay a deductible for work done at other shops. I am now in the process of cancelling my extended warranty and sign up with one that is pertinent to my local chevy dealership. Another item to add is that I found out that there is an open recall on my truck for the tailgate. I found this out when I downloaded the My Chevy app. The app states the recall was opened on 2/1/24. I purchased my vehicle on 4/17/24. I dont know how this recall was not fixed on the vehicle before it was allowed to be on the lot for sale! This is another item that I am working with my local chevy dealership to fix. The two gentlemen I worked with in Sales and Finance were friendly and helpful, but there was just a whole lot of information that was not shared with me during my purchase. I am pleased with my vehicle, however, over time, I realized how much I was misled. I did my best to get compensated for calls by texting and phone calls with my Sales guy, however, he stated they could not do much because "they lost money" on the sale with my negotiation at the time of purchase. I have had to spend quite a bit of time taking my vehicle to the chevy since it is roughly 1 hour away from my house. Buyer beware of used vehicles here. More
