I had a rear transmission problem with my car. My primary contact with Sanders Ford for this project was Jake. Although it took a little longer than expected due to things beyond anyone's control (e.g., waiting for parts; the identification of a new problem after fixing the original problem, which may have contributed to the initial problem; and getting a replacement technician) Jake was SUPER, and answered all questions, and did his best to keep me informed. The members of the technical crew also did a FANTASTIC job on getting my car fixed. I am very happy :o) More

Good afternoon, Not sure if the picture is the right Jeff, but I just had my 2014 Ford F150 serviced on 2 Jan 2021 and was helped by a Jeff in the service department. He was very supportive of my needs Jeff, but I just had my 2014 Ford F150 serviced on 2 Jan 2021 and was helped by a Jeff in the service department. He was very supportive of my needs and got me in and out as soon as possible with the support of a great team working in the bay area doing oil changes. I know that I’m missing some people but as a long time customer if I can’t do something myself I come here. You pay more but I’ve NEVER had an issue. Just bought a 2020 F-150, but still have my first car customer if I can’t do something myself I come here. You pay more but I’ve NEVER had an issue. Just bought a 2020 F-150, but still have my first car a 2005 Crown Victoria (which is ford crate motor coyote swapped now) and I’ve ordered a good portion of parts from Sanders. My wife and I have DoD orders back west and I’ve never encountered another ford dealer at the same level of service quality and pricing. Just got some tires for her truck before the big move and Jake who I had never worked with (usually Al who is legit/awesome btw) but I didn’t see him when I walked in and the new experience from him (Jake) was on par with my previous experiences. Great to meet Jake and happy to continue to report that I’ll be trusting Sanders in the future and that the last 15 years indeed has been consistent. Those who weren’t rated I hadn’t interacted with but I have had ZERO issues. More
