Sanders Ford helped me out of a bad predicament my rear window would not go back up. I didn't have a appointment but Miss Tiffany and Steve Flores got my 21 power boost f150 in to check on the window and i window would not go back up. I didn't have a appointment but Miss Tiffany and Steve Flores got my 21 power boost f150 in to check on the window and it was going to rain that evening. It was a switch not sending power to the window and the service department had it fixed in under a hour. Outstanding dealership and I greatly appreciate all the folks in the service department for getting the best service department in Jacksonville NC. More

There’s a reason - quality and solid service. Made and appointment for an oil change. An hour later the vehicle had not moved. Checked in and they said one was being pulled out and in was next. 45 minutes late the vehicle had not moved An hour later the vehicle had not moved. Service department is completely incompetent and end up doing more damage than fixing, if you want your vehicle damaged or ran out of fuel then by far 10 out of 10 take it to this dealership to get worked doing more damage than fixing, if you want your vehicle damaged or ran out of fuel then by far 10 out of 10 take it to this dealership to get worked on and Steven Flores and his department of dimwitted technicians will definitely do that for you, and while you check in you get the added bonus of having to argue and listen to the snooty voice of Ally Mckee. This dealership should be shut down More
