i did not have a very good experience with this dealership. I visited this dealership back in March to purchase a Ford Bronco Sport. I drove all the way from Jax, Fl to obtain this vehicle and be dealership. I visited this dealership back in March to purchase a Ford Bronco Sport. I drove all the way from Jax, Fl to obtain this vehicle and because it was my first time purchasing a vehicle I was not aware on how long the process would take. I came to this dealership specifically for the low price that was advertised online for $19K. After literally waiting all day I didn't get seen with the finance director until 30min before closing. By this time we did the walk thru, test drive and inputted my financials but I arrive roughly around 10am and wasn't seen until 830PM. I was exhausted from my drive from Jax, hungry, thirsty, and fidgety from sitting . Upon this transaction I didn't realize they never honored the online sales price as there was no sticker on car when test drove and no posted sales price provide while awaiting the finance director. Needless to say, I was so ready to go I ended up signing the docs before taking a good look at all the disclosures which is my fault. Here the best part I had 14K cash and trading my 2012 jeep liberty. Lets just say by the time I look at the thumb drive to see my actual pricing and fees that I ended up with a 20K loan which makes absolutly no sense. Apparently the Sales Price was jacked up to 27K. The sales rep had to use my phone to pull up the VIN number to find the car so the sales price was clearly listed but I of course didn't ask if that is what they were giving me I just assume they would. As a 1st time car buyer this was a learning experience. As much as I find this unfair, misleading and the fact that I think you took advantage of a woman that had never purchase a car before and very well knew I was going to get it because we talked about the drive and why I was anxious to get this car. After 3 months of driving it the car ended up with a recall, issues with radio and screen no longer worked after several days of resetting I was just so disappointed in not just the car but the fact that I put myself in such a deficit when if they would have honored the online price the bronco would have been paid off within a few months. At this point I felt there was nothing I could do since I signed docs. Therefore I was able to trade that bronco in and got me a brand new truck. Now my issue is I cancelled the warranty on the bronco and have yet to received my refund and this was months ago. I will be also writing CFPB as I don't believe this was handled properly and even if I am wrong I still want others to know More

We came in with a price already negotiated, copies of our licenses and proof of current insurance already provided, and ready to write a check. We were there for 2 hours mostly due to them wanting a new bind licenses and proof of current insurance already provided, and ready to write a check. I bought a vehicle in 2018 from Kia of Leesburg. Their service has been exceptional. Recently had a motor blow and in the face of what seemed to be a very extended time period to replace the motor, Their service has been exceptional. Recently had a motor blow and in the face of what seemed to be a very extended time period to replace the motor, Kia of Leesburg surpassed my expectations. I was ready to wait months (seriously) and instead was back in my vehicle within 3 weeks. Ideal, no but difficult circumstances beyond their or my control and they have passed with flying colors. I will strongly consider buying another vehicle from Kia of Leesburg when I am in need of one. More
