The used car salesman, Chuy, was delightful. The used car sales manager, Sergio, was very helpful. He quickly understood what he could do to make the buying experience better and get us on the right track. Finance was an absolute disaster. We had to do paperwork multiple times because of not understanding our needs and inaccurate information. However, the sales manager, Caden, was able to rectify the situation that we were having in the timely manner. The reason for four stars was the disaster which we experienced with the finance representative. More

Sold me a certified vehicle with mechanical issues and body damage without disclosing after financing and giving money over the phone. Pictures sent to me were with the door open so damage could not be s body damage without disclosing after financing and giving money over the phone. Then document was signed for them to repaint the side since it was not disclosed and vehicle was painted twice only to receive the vehicle back with bubbled paint. Asked that they mail a check for the damage since the vehicle has to be painted for the 3rd time by another body shop and still after a month have not received payment after promised. One day after purchase warning lights came on the vehicle and the dealership took it for two weeks only to not fix it as promised. Worst experience dealing with this dealership. More
