Even though my son was very vocal about what he felt I wanted and/or needed in my new car, Joe addressed me as the buyer of the new car. courteous. He even showed me things that I would never have even thought I needed to know, like why there are holes on the bottom side of the front hood. Now I know and appreciate them, too. I am so very happy with my new Subaru !! When I went back in 2 weeks, I Unfortunately, my new plates hadn't arrived yet, but Sean was great and showed me how to do some things that I couldn't figure out. I had trouble understanding the instructions in the manual, but having someone actually show me made a huge difference! Now I just need a name for my new car. :) More
