I will be honest; I was a bit skeptical on purchasing a vehicle here at this dealership specially after reading some of these reviews; however, I realized that people are more prone to voice their anger an vehicle here at this dealership specially after reading some of these reviews; however, I realized that people are more prone to voice their anger and their bad experience rather than to voice their happiness, good experience and give accolades to someone who has gone beyond expectation. Since that type of customer service is nonexistent these days, I decided to give credit to what credit is due. A wise man once said:” A business is just as successful as its credibility” I purchased a vehicle at this dealership from out of state (Texas) I saw the vehicle that I wanted online, I contacted the dealership, and I was put in contact with Vaios (salesperson) he contacted me and immediately send me pictures and videos of the vehicle, guide me thru the steps of financing. I got the vehicle inspected by a third party, after every check out I pulled the trigger on purchasing the vehicle. Since am out state Mr. Adam Kugelman ensure that my identity was verified and completed the paperwork. Mr. Sean Christman (Sales Manager) ensured that my vehicle was shipped to Texas the same day that the bank released the funds and for that I am grateful. Now a week later and so far, I’m happy with my new purchase. Thank you to all that was part of this experience. More
