We found this dealer via Autotrader, they were good to work with, EJ was very accommodating because we were coming from out of town he did a FaceTime call and walked me through the whole vehicle and took work with, EJ was very accommodating because we were coming from out of town he did a FaceTime call and walked me through the whole vehicle and took it for a drive for me to make sure all my concerns were addressed prior to me driving 8 hours to test drive it my self. The guy in finance was a jerk once he realized he wouldn’t be making any money off of us. or maybe he just thought I was rude because I wouldn’t let him talk us into the warranty or said if the gap i wouldn’t be making any money off of us. or maybe he just thought I was rude because I wouldn’t let him talk us into the warranty or said if the gap insurance was too high, we could get it elsewhere... Not sure what his issue was but he was such an xxxxxxx. He could not get us out of his office faster. Not even a congratulations… nothing. But I guess if you leave and don’t feel like you got walked over and they’re pissed, it’s a sign that you did your homework and something right 🙃 Big thumbs down 👎👎👎👎 More
