I walked into the dealership to look around and see if I liked anything. I had already been to 3 dealerships and was less than impressed with the customer service, which was surprising. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by this young man who was not only genuinely friendly he was also very knowledgeable about the inventory. He asked me a lot of questions as to what I was expecting from purchasing a new vehicle. I had never expected that before. No hard sell, no pressure just genuine concern and I knew I was leaving with a new car based on this young man’s superior knowledge and experience. I am the proud new owner of a brand new MX5 Miata. He has already called to check in on me to make sure I was satisfied with my new car. At 55 years of age I can honestly say this should be the benchmark for anyone in the customer service industry.
