The Gates Nissan experience was fantastic. Scott was great to work with and made what can easily be a very long and drawn out process, relatively quick and not so daunting. All of the staff members were great to work with and made what can easily be a very long and drawn out process, relatively quick and not so daunting. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and seemed very customer oriented. The pricing was fantastic! Gates, by far had the most reasonable price of any dealer within approx. 150miles. Plus, there was no haggle or the typical 'run a round' one would typically expect when negotiating a deal. I highly recommend Gates Nissan to anyone looking for a great car buying experience! More

I had a great experience at Gates Nissan of Richmond. I knew exactly what I wanted and Scott Witt had at the door waiting on me to test drive when I got there!
