I dealt primarily with Jamie Gibson, Scott Witt and Nick Simmons and I can say that they were extremely professional and made the entire new car buying experience a joy. They treated me like I'd treat my ow Simmons and I can say that they were extremely professional and made the entire new car buying experience a joy. After visiting several local dealerships and finding disappointment, we drove a few extra miles to meet Scott at Gates Nissan. We called to let him know we were coming. We were immediately impressed after the test drive. Scott explained all of the features of the vehicle and made us feel very comfortable. We were extremely satisfied with the service and the purchase of our vehicle. We plan to be repeat customers as well as recommending Scott and Gates Nissan to our family and friends. What a relief it was to find a dealership that did what they said they would do. More

This is not your average dealership. From the first phone call to the finalization of purchase the staff was excellent. I had the utmost pleasure of dealing with Scott Witt and Gary Collins. Both gentlemen went over and beyond with their customer service and I cannot thank them enough! I drove 142 miles to buy my Maxima and it was everything and more of what I wanted and expected it to be. I wish all dealerships treated their customers with the kindness, generosity, respect, and service that Gates Nissan does. Well worth the drive and time. Not to mention their pricing is very competitive! Gary and Scott both are very knowledgeable and make sure to take their time answering any questions or concerns you have to make sure you feel comfortable. Love this dealership and the people who work there. Would definitely reccmmend and will definitely return when shopping for another vehicle. You can't go wrong with Gates Nissan! More

Not only would I recommend this dealership, I have recommended this dealership. Before coming in, I went to 5 other dealerships & did not meet anyone nearly as nice as Scott. He made my first car buyi recommended this dealership. Before coming in, I went to 5 other dealerships & did not meet anyone nearly as nice as Scott. He made my first car buying experience a great one. When my girlfriend realized it was time to get a new car, I took her to a few other dealerships first so that she could see the cars she thought she wanted & then I took her to gates & introduced her to Scott. Nothing's final yet, but she's got her eye on a Nissan & it's in part because Scott goes the extra mile & in part Nissans are amazing. I feel I can stop by any time I have questions (which I have had on a number of occasions) & Scott doesn't quit until all my questions are answered. More

This was the best overall experience we've had at a dealership. Quick, friendly transaction. Scott Whitt really went out of his way to make us happy.
