As well as, his ability of treating everyone as family. Bravo! John Arena was also instrumental in the sales experience with his financial expertise. My entire experience was great. Within 10 minutes of picking out my car I was able to test drive it. After I fell in love with it, Scott was able to provide me with the financing estimates, the car fax, picking out my car I was able to test drive it. After being very excited and discussing with my co signer, I was just about ready to get the car. Then after getting quotes from insurance companies, I no longer thought I was going to be able to afford it. Scott then gave me the name of a couple different insurance companies that have helped his customers in the past. That wasn't something I expected, but was something I was grateful for. Ultimately, I was able to find cheaper insurance, and was able to get the car I had already fell in love with. The entire time Scott was very professional and clear in everything he said. He didn't look down on me for being young, and didn't confuse me in any way. I didn't feel pressured in any way, either. I would definitely recommend Kelly Nissan and Scott to anyone. So far, I still love my car and know I will for a long time! More

Shook my hand, looked me in the eye. He asked what I was interested in and when I told him he immediately took me to the cars I was talking about. He knew about every one of them. He was patient with my numerous questions. I really wanted to get a car that day and it was NOT a problem. He and the team he worked with including Mike Disora were incredibly helpful. EVERYONE was polite, friendly, respectful and informed. Obviously it was going to take a little bit of time for me to drive away that same day with the car I chose, a 2013 Nissan Altima, certified used. But Scott kept me informed of everything he was doing during the process. He also had another customer coming in to see him and took the same respectful and friendly care of her as well. I did get my car that day. I will be telling friends and family about the great experience I had at Kelly Nissan Rt. 33. On February 17, 2014 I decided to pay a visit to Kelly Nissan to check out a 2010 Nissan Murano I had researched on line that Saturday. My car was on it's last leg from all of this snow & I needed someth Nissan to check out a 2010 Nissan Murano I had researched on line that Saturday. My car was on it's last leg from all of this snow & I needed something right away. When I arrived with my family Scott Tophoney greeted us as we were getting out of the car. Although he was working with another customer, he still showed us in and made us comfortable while he tried to find us help. Within five minutes of seating us he returned and said he would help us and showed me the vehicle I was interested in. I fell in love with the Murano as soon as I saw it but before I took it for a test drive I wanted to make sure I would be able to purchase it with the deal I was looking for. I needed to use my car as a down payment and I also had bad credit. Scott with his very positive vibe worked his magic and helped me get the car I needed and deal I was looking for. I would have never guessed that I would be able to drive away with a 2010 SUV with no money down and not so good credit. Scott said to me and my family to think positive and positive things will happen...I totally agree Thanks Scott Lashawn Brooks More
