Arman is a treasure. He should be the "face" of Mini. Over the course of my life, I have purchased some 20 new cars. That means dealing with 20 service departments. The Service Department at Mini of St. Louis stands head and shoulders above all the service departments I have frequented. Arman is the reason I bought my current Mini. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always on top of things. He arranged a loaner for me as I had a doctor's appointment the next morning. He called later the same day to give me an update on the status of my car. A few hours later, the mechanic working on my car sent me a video of his progress. The bottom line is simple: You see a salesman once when you buy a new car. You know the service department writers for the rest of your life with that car. Fortunately for me, that service writer is Arman. More
