I received a defective brand new GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate that had a fender warped and all four doors leaking greatly when it rained. The GM Aaron promised/shook our hands they would find me a new vehicle, however the manager has avoided our phone calls and never returned our call after this. The salesman has kept up with us each day and kept me reassured it would be taken care of and they were actively looking for a new replacement. They gave me a loaner to drive until they found new car. Today I went in and the assistant manager Quinton said they were no longer looking for a replacement. I asked for my pickup back and my down payment back and they refused. I left the loaner with them and I have contacted an attorney. WORST experience in buying a vehicle in my entire life and I have bought MANY! More
