In my opinion Bridgewater Chevy should be called Bait & Switch Chevy. I will never purchase another vehicle again nor a service. I have purchased 3 vehicles over the last 4 years directly from Bridgewater Switch Chevy. I will never purchase another vehicle again nor a service. I have purchased 3 vehicles over the last 4 years directly from Bridgewater Chevrolet or one of their sister companies. Saturday, I received a letter in the mail directly to me toward one of my vehicles which all of them have the LS series motor in them. As a loyalty program they were giving me an oil change for $79.95. When I received the bill, it was for $117. When I confronted the service manager Scott he said that it does not pertain to my car. I asked where on the letter does it say anything like that. He said his computer system did not have a way to give me the $79.00 oil change. DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!! More

Scott Morrison was a great service advisor. He was knowledgeable and clearly communicated throughout the process. He connected me with Jim Knoeller in sales who worked with me to find my next He was knowledgeable and clearly communicated throughout the process. He connected me with Jim Knoeller in sales who worked with me to find my next truck. He was knowledgeable and patient. He walked me around the lot to show different models and color options. We landed on a vehicle that was not in their specific inventory but another deals. He worked to get that vehicle and within 24 hours I was in my new car. The last employee I dealt with was on the finance team. Jammal Watson was unbelievably easy to speak with. He was thorough and walked through all of the documents I needed to sign. Not only to trade in my vehicle but also for the vehicle I was financing. What a wonderful experience overall. More
