I was originally scheduled for 1/22/24, which was when we had terrible weather. No one contacted me until I made my way into the dealership they you were going to have to cancel since the mechanics did not c had terrible weather. When the repairs were made someone who was in my car changed a number of settings I was not happy about. They turned my lights from auto to off, moved my seat into some crazy position, and changed my radio station to some conservative talk radio. I can't understand how it was necessary to change these things and don't understand why I can't expect to get my car back in the condition I left it. More

I was first sent an estimate that contained many unnecessary stuffs. After I detect and told some issues to a staff, he said I was wrong and confused. He didn't explain the details and changes of my unnecessary stuffs. After I detect and told some issues to a staff, he said I was wrong and confused. He didn't explain the details and changes of my car repairment until the repairment finished, and after I complained about it, he gave me a call and scolded me with very fast English. He knew I am a foreigner, and I suspect he intentionally do so. Overall, this experience was so unlucky and make me so depressed. I had to use my car as soon as possible, so I gave up talking with him and paid higher fees than I thought was right. There might be some confusion and misunderstanding between us, but I still believe his explanation was not enough. More

I made an appointment ahead of time for an oil change and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the service to be completed. I also was told a lubricant would be used to get rid of my squeaky steering wheel. Sti still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the service to be completed.
