As far as the sales team and the price, I could not ask for a better experience, although I am very disappointed in the way, the vehicle was delivered… I purchased the truck from out of state and they were for a better experience, although I am very disappointed in the way, the vehicle was delivered… I purchased the truck from out of state and they were very kind to meet me partial way so I can have a one day trip From pick up to return home the issue was when I arrived. The truck was doctored with armor all and did not have the benefit of spotting the real cleanliness of the outside of the vehicle. It had been sitting on the lot for seven months with that said after I came home, my wife and I washed it, and there are numerous water spots throughout the outside cabin, including all the plastic , the toneau cover is so bad we had to toss it and get a new one. The steps have water spots that we cannot remove and plastics throughout the exterior. I asked them specifically not to put anything on it so I can visualize it and that was not the case so with being said that portion of it, I’m not happy. Otherwise, a great experience !!!! More

The salesman that helped me (Scott king) came up to me and my family. He was helping us out, I didn’t want us to help me because I had a weird feeling about him. He didn’t look presentable at all and he j and my family. He was helping us out, I didn’t want us to help me because I had a weird feeling about him. He didn’t look presentable at all and he just seemed like he wanted a quick sale. At the end of it I did manage to have a car but kept getting called back about be contracts. He messed up on so many paper work that I went in 3 times. At the end of it all I decided to give them back the car and end business with them. At that point I was over it. So the financial advisor (Vic) and I were texting about the return of the vehicle. We both agreed that Saturday I would return the car and at the same time receive a check for the car that I traded in. I got there when they opens and Scott king approached me and said “ here to return the car” with a tone I said “yup”. He said “ all I need is the key and we should be done here”. So I gave it to him and he started to walk away. And I stoped him and said “ where’s my check @“ and he said i don’t have it, the financial advisor should have it. So he went and I said I’m not leaving without my check” and he looked back and said “ then you might be here a while” and laughed. Minutes later Vic came out and handed me a paper that said it’ll be ready for pick up in Monday. They are not professional or respectful of peoples times. More
