The sales people at this dealership are not honest. We inquired about a used vehicle on a Thursday, the listing price was $17,995 and we made an appointment to test drive on Monday. They called us Mond We inquired about a used vehicle on a Thursday, the listing price was $17,995 and we made an appointment to test drive on Monday. They called us Monday morning and told us somebody had put a deposit on it. Tuesday morning they called and asked if we were still interested because it was available. We then looked online and saw that it was now listed for $19,600. I had asked in my email reply to them why the price was raised, and did not get a response. My husband went to look at the vehicle this evening and asked them, but was told it was a "glitch". We were told this morning that they have had a lot of interest in the vehicle, and it has been listed on CarGurus for 28 days. You can not honestly expect me to believe that you had it listed for a month and did not realize that the price was not listed properly. We were ready to purchase the vehicle at $17,995, the sales person went to talk to the manager to try to make something work but they did not handle that very well either. They would rather make an extra $1,600 off of people than to honor their original price and make the sale. My bank also appraised the vehicle at $14,675 so the price was already high before they raised it another $1,600. I'm very disappointed with our experience. More
