This is the second Mini we have bought from Ryan George. Ryan has provided fantastic service throughout the sale. He kept us informed of manufacturing and shipping progress after we ordered, and on the day Ryan has provided fantastic service throughout the sale. He kept us informed of manufacturing and shipping progress after we ordered, and on the day of delivery he made sure I had transportation to the dealership and spent hours providing custom setup and instruction on how to use the car. He is really knowledgeable and generous with his time. I highly recommend Ryan and Ferman! Sorry I don't have a record of the name of the finance person I dealt with. (Not sure if it was Michael or Scott.) He was friendly, efficient, informative, and helpful, and made the purchase transaction quick and smooth. More
