I was waiting in the driveway and told one of the service guys that I had an 8:30 appointment.He went to check & said it was with Frank and he would be out. So I’m waiting & need to get to work. When I see h guys that I had an 8:30 appointment.He went to check & said it was with Frank and he would be out. So I’m waiting & need to get to work. When I see him again & told him I needed to get out of there, he went back and got Scott. Scott took great care of me and got me out by 9:45 so I could get to work. As far as Frank the only interaction was he told me my car was ready. More

Johnny was very nice but your other staff is very rude. When I came to pick up my car, Johnny was out. I quietly waited at the counter. After 5 minutes I asked the two guys there if they could help me. When I came to pick up my car, Johnny was out. I quietly waited at the counter. After 5 minutes I asked the two guys there if they could help me. Note neither of them even recognized me when I arrived or during my wait. One responded we are busy and will get to you. Neither even looked up. Johnny then came and politely and promptly helped me. But I quickly decided I would not buy the AT4 i was looking at from this dealer. Not first time I have felt I was rudely treated by this dealers service department. More

I thought I had a small issue with new trucks tailgate speakers. Turns out if was not an issue with my truck but an issue my phone. As soon as I pulled up Kyle was ready to assist. He did a quick diagnost speakers. Turns out if was not an issue with my truck but an issue my phone. As soon as I pulled up Kyle was ready to assist. He did a quick diagnostics of the issue and found a resolved it himself. I appreciate his support and his sense of urgency to get me in and out without in a fashionably manner . I was able to get back on the road and to work in no time. Thank you again for another satisficing experience. More
